Young love!
Here's my conversation with Nicki today when we were in the car going to Costco:
Nicki: Mom, Joshua is in love with me!
Juli: How do you know?
Nicki: Because he told me so.
Juli: When?
Nicki: When he gave me his favorite baseball card.
Juli: Oh, what did you say?
Nicki: Nothing. We are just friends with boys right?
Juli: Yes Nicki, we are only friends till at least 16.
Nicki: Ok, I'll tell him that the next time that he tells me he is in love with me.
ps. Joshua is one of Nicki's preschool friends.

Wow! That Joshua, what a guy! I am glad that she knows that she can only be friends with boys until she is sixteen. She's a smart girl.
I don't blame Joshua. He knows a good thing when he sees it. WE miss you guys but are enjoying seeing how well Seattle is for all of you.
So grateful for blogs that can keep us in touch with each other.
That is such a cute story. You guys are going to have your hand FULL when your girls are old enough to date! Rich better get the bat out now.
