Nicki's Apple Pie
As we were eating hawaiian haystacks for dinner tonight, Nicole kept asking for some apple pie. We were totally confused since we did not have any apple pie in the house and we had no idea why she was requesting it all of the sudden. She kept saying "can I have more apple pie please" and pointing to our plates, and then we finally figured out that she wanted pineapple.

Nicki must love apple pie and birthday cakes! I can still hear her cute little voice saying to Josh "Uncle Josh, watcha doin'?" and "Can I have some water?"! Miss you guys!!!
You'll have to write that one down in a journal, or in your scrapbooks. That is too cute!
