Trick or Treat?
Well, if you ask me, I would have to say that our kids got "tricked" this year. At the beginning of October we had great dreams of pumpkin patches and great carvings. But somehow we ended up with two Wal-Mart pumpkins and a handful of permanent markers for the girls to decorate their pumpkins with. Surprisingly enough they had a great time, so I guess it ended up being a "treat" after all.

Don't feel bad, Juli. Our pumpkin that was acquired at an authentic "patch" was thrown away this morning because mold was growing on the bottom! We didn't even get the chance to carve it.
